Your confirmation will come via e-mail directly after you complete your booking.
Rebooking
Contact the reception if you want to make changes to your booking, such as altering the number of people or changing the date. Note that unfortunately you cannot make the changes yourself once the booking has been completed.
Cancellations
The cancellation terms that apply vary depending on the chosen price at the time of booking. You will find the specific terms for your booking in the e-mail confirmation that is sent to you.
Age Limit
For guests without adult supervision there is a 20 years-of-age limit. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking on the spot if ID cannot be provided.

Luggage room
The luggage room is at your disposal before and after your stay.
Breakfast buffet
Our breakfast buffet is included in the stay for those who have booked a hotel room. If you have not booked a hotel room but wish to have our breakfast buffet, the price is SEK 185.

WiFi
There is free wireless internet in every room and in public areas.
Training
As a hotel guest you are invited to train free of charge at the STC gym.
STC is a training facility of around 2500 square meters, with a large selection of machines for strength and condition training. Ask at reception how you go about training free at STC!
Parking?
We have 4 parking places of our own in our inner courtyard at a cost of SEK 195/day.
All four (4) parking places have charging points, payment is done via Easypark.

Iron or steamer
There is an ironing point in every room. If you prefer a steamer you can borrow one. Ask at reception and we will help you.
Safebox
A safebox is available in all rooms.

Bathrobe and slippers
Bathrobe and slippers are available to borrow.
Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
Sadly not, we are a completely animal-free hotel.
Have you forgotten something in the room?
Did you forget something during your stay with us, ring or mail us and we will help you find it. What we need to know is what you have forgotten, name, date and if possible which room number.
Cash-free hotel
Edward Hotel is a cash-free hotel. For those of us who work at the hotel it means a safer workplace and we get more time for our guests. For guests and visitors, it means there is the reassurance of fast and secure payment. We take all the usual payment and credit cards. Contact us if you have any questions.
Invoicing
We have a minimum limit of SEK 5,000 for invoicing and all invoicing must be approved before arrival. Exceptions may exist for specific company agreements. A fee may apply. It is not possible to pay via invoice as a private individual.
